I got this for my mum for christmas but she leant it to me to review as I love it so much. The eyeshadow palette was in the recent 'tartan tale' collection by Mac. I knew that is was perfect for my mum straight away as she loves to wear green & purple eyeshadows as she is also a brunette. As you can see from the swatches the colours are beautiful and so pigmented. The brush that comes with the palette is also really good and not like those crappy ones that you usually throw away. My favourite colour from the palette is 'silverwear' which you can see in the photo above. It's a really light metallic lavender colour. I would really recommend getting the palette as has just come back into stock on the Mac website and it sure will be gone soon! It cost £29.50 which is well worth it considering how many eye shadows that you are getting for your money.
